The Electrical IQ Ramp Up Program is a one-time consulting, training, and business systems package designed to help Tesla Certified Installers build, operate, and scale a profitable business using Electrical IQ's proprietary systems, calculators, pricing models, templates, workflows, and consulting services.
Customer agrees to purchase the Ramp Up Program for three (3) monthly payments of $2,500.00 USD each, for a total of $7,500.00 USD.
The first payment of $2,500.00 USD is due within five (5) business days of signing this agreement, prior to receiving access to any Ramp Up Program materials or consulting services. Subsequent payments of $2,500.00 USD shall be due every thirty (30) days thereafter until paid in full.

All calculators, spreadsheets, pricing models, proposal templates, engineering methodologies, workflows, documents, training materials, videos, SOPs, business systems, software tools, and related content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Electrical IQ.
Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely within Customer's own business. Customer may not:
Customer acknowledges that the Ramp Up Program contains confidential and proprietary business information. Customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Ramp Up Program materials and shall not disclose, distribute, reproduce, publish, or otherwise provide access to any proprietary information without Electrical IQ's prior written consent. These confidentiality obligations survive termination of this Agreement.
Electrical IQ may periodically update, revise, improve, replace, or discontinue calculators, templates, pricing models, workflows, training materials, and other program resources to reflect changes in industry practices, Tesla requirements, utility requirements, software, products, or business processes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Customer's purchase includes access only to the materials provided at the time of purchase and any updates Electrical IQ voluntarily elects to provide. Electrical IQ is under no obligation to provide future enhancements, additional consulting, or newly developed materials without a separate written agreement.
The Ramp Up Program provides consulting, education, calculators, templates, workflows, and operational guidance intended to improve business efficiency and consistency. Electrical IQ does not guarantee revenue, profitability, sales volume, customer acquisition, job awards, permit approvals, utility approvals, Tesla certification, or business success. Business results depend upon numerous factors outside Electrical IQ's control.
Because Customer receives immediate access to proprietary intellectual property and confidential business systems, all payments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Electrical IQ is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent of Customer.
Customer acknowledges that electronically accepting this Agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic signature and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature. By electronically signing below, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
